Sandra Miller Hall

December 29, 1963 - January 14, 2021

It is with deep sorrow that the family announce the passing of Sandra Dee Miller Hall of Hebron, (formerly of Middletown) who died peacefully in her home surrounded by family on January 14, 2021. Sandy, as she was so fondly known, was born on December 29, 1963 in Hartford, Connecticut. She was the daughter of the late Bryan E, and Winnifred A. Miller. Sandy was a 1981 graduate of Bulkeley High School. She dedicated her life to raising her four beautiful children and worked for the Dattco Bus Company until shortly before her passing. Sandy is survived by her husband, Michael Dean Hall of Hebron, her daughters, Jessica Cordova and her husband Dave of Colchester, Jill Thorstenson and her husband Mike of Middletown, her sons Joshua Montinieri and his wife Stephanie of Southington, and Jason Montinieri and his wife Stefanie of Billerica, Massachusetts. She also leaves six grandchildren, Makenzie, Austin, Sadie, Haley, Aiden, and Logan, and is predeceased by one grandchild, Dylan. Sandy also leaves five stepchildren: Michael and Jessica Hall of Maine, Nick Hall and his son of South Carolina, Nathan Hall of Middletown, Kathleen Hall and her daughter of South Windham and Stacy Hall and her daughters of Middletown. Sandy is also survived by two brothers and four sisters: Robert Miller and his wife Valerie of Milton, Vermont, David Miller and his wife Linda of Newington, Patricia Dec of South Windsor, Donna Kroll of Pooler, Georgia, Kathleen Halpner of Savannah, Georgia, and Carol Ciotto and her husband Paul of Waterford. She also leaves several nieces and nephews. Her family will receive relatives and friends on Tuesday, January 19, 2021, from 4:00-7:00 pm for walk through calling hours at the Rose Hill Funeral Home, 580 Elm St Rocky Hill, CT. 06067. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 am on Wednesday, January 20, 2021 at Rose Hill Memorial Park, 580 Elm St Rocky Hill, CT. 06067. The family extends a special thank-you to the Hartford Health Care Hospice Team of Mansfield, CT. for their compassionate and dedicated care of Sandy.
