Vito Tom Cristofaro

October 16, 1925 - September 20, 2018

Vito "Tom" Cristofaro, 92, of Newington, beloved husband of the late Lorraine (Blinn) Cristofaro, passed away September 20, 2018 at the Hospital of Central CT. New Britain Campus. He was born in New Britain the son of the late Sylvester and Mary (Indelicato) Cristofaro. Tom was an Army Veteran and served in both WWII and the Korean War. He retired from Colt Firearms as a Senior Weapons Tech. He leaves behind a daughter, Angela Brodack and her husband Scott of Newington; three grandchildren, Nicholas Newton, Michael Montineri, and Michelle Montineri; as well as five great grandchildren. Tom was predeceased by a daughter, Linda Cristofaro; and three sisters. A graveside service with military honors will be held on Thursday (September 27, 2018) at 2 PM in the Rose Hill Memorial Park, 580 Elm St. Rocky Hill.
